To request a return or refund:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
If approved, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Wrong Size
Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for:

Ordering the wrong size
We recommend checking our size guides carefully before placing your order.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for where to send the item. Please do not send returns to our business address — they will not be processed there.
